Cook bacon in skillet first thing in the morning (anyone up for breakfast too)
Rice
Pinto beans (uncooked and rinsed)
Creole seasoning
Pepper
Hot Sauce (just a touch)

Combine enough rice, beans and bacon for enough to eat (depends on if it's just you or 10 of you in the case you're stuck in a yard). Cook for 6 hours in a crock pot, adding water periodically as it cooks. Cook until rice and beans are tender.
 
 
Boneless ribs cook in crock pot for about an hour. Add 2 cans drained pinto beans, sliced onion, and bottle barbecue sauce. Cook on low about 3 hours
