Cook bacon in skillet first thing in the morning (anyone up for breakfast too)
Rice
Pinto beans (uncooked and rinsed)
Creole seasoning
Pepper
Hot Sauce (just a touch)

Combine enough rice, beans and bacon for enough to eat (depends on if it's just you or 10 of you in the case you're stuck in a yard). Cook for 6 hours in a crock pot, adding water periodically as it cooks. Cook until rice and beans are tender.
 
 
Get your skillet out
Brown 1 lb low fat ground beef. Drain
Add water, package of taco seasoning, creole seasoning, and chopped onion. cook on medium for 10 minutes
Use lid of skillet to warm tortillas (place 4 tortillas in paper towel and lay it on the top of the lid)
Garnish with sour cream, cheddar cheese, guacamole, and salsa.
