Add Comment 1 cup rice 1 turkey breast (whole or strips) 1/2 diced green onion 1/2 diced red onion cilantro 1 diced tomato jalapeno peppers lemon juice to taste Put ingredients in crock pot or lunch box oven, let slow cook for 4 hours. Season with lemon pepper Cook bacon in skillet first thing in the morning (anyone up for breakfast too) Rice Pinto beans (uncooked and rinsed) Creole seasoning Pepper Hot Sauce (just a touch) Combine enough rice, beans and bacon for enough to eat (depends on if it's just you or 10 of you in the case you're stuck in a yard). Cook for 6 hours in a crock pot, adding water periodically as it cooks. Cook until rice and beans are tender. Put 1 cup of easy cook white rice, 1 can of beef consumme, 1 can of french onion soup, and 1 stick of melted butter in a pasta cooker. (NO WATER) Cook till rice is done. |
