I love this simple pork dish. It was the first thing I cooked in my lunch box oven.

All you need is as follows:
1: one Pork Tenderloin
2: Seasoning
3: aluminum foil
4: Lunch box oven
5: water

Prep time: 5-8 min. Depending on a pre seasoned Tenderloin

First, tear off a sheet of foil. Enough to cover the bottom of the lunch box oven!

Add 1/4 cup of water

Now wrap your seasoned Tenderloin in foil. Wrap loosely leaving the top open. Now add a table spoon of water and seal!

Place tenderloin in oven, close lid and bake for 1 hour and 10 min.
