1 cup rice
1 turkey breast (whole or strips)
1/2 diced green onion
1/2 diced red onion
cilantro
1 diced tomato
jalapeno peppers
lemon juice to taste
Put ingredients in crock pot or lunch box oven, let slow cook for 4 hours. Season with lemon pepper

1 med onion chopped
1 cut up chicken
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
Milk
Fry in a skillet and then add soup and some milk to cover.
Add salt and pepper and simmer until done (about 1 hour.)
Works in a crockpot too

1 pound ground beef
2 cans gumbo soup

Combine ground beef with drained gumbo soup. Make into patties and cook in a skillet until done.

Cook bacon in skillet first thing in the morning (anyone up for breakfast too)
Rice
Pinto beans (uncooked and rinsed)
Creole seasoning
Pepper
Hot Sauce (just a touch)

Combine enough rice, beans and bacon for enough to eat (depends on if it's just you or 10 of you in the case you're stuck in a yard). Cook for 6 hours in a crock pot, adding water periodically as it cooks. Cook until rice and beans are tender.

1 lb ground beef
Shredded cheese (I prefer sharp cheddar)
Diced onion
Mushrooms
Steak sauce
Whatever seasoning you want

Make a hamburger patty. Make a whole in it. Shove cheese, onion, and mushrooms inside. Close em up. Season patty and put steak sauce on top. Cook thoroughly on grill. Enjoy

1 lb ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 chopped onion
1 sliced or cubed potato
butter
pepper, or any seasoning you like

Combine all in aluminum foil. Put on hot charcoals in your grill outside. Cook for 30-45 minutes.

Fresh ground meat
Onion, finely minced/chopped
Pepper
Worcestershire sauce

Mix em all together so it's internal too. Put on your grill and cook thoroughly. Add cheese, whatever you want. Enjoy

4 sliced apples
1 cup crushed cinnamon fire balls
2 cups water
butter (optional)
Put ingredients in skillet, simmer until well mixed. Use as a dressing or glaze.

This one is so easy. Grab a package of muffin mix, and a bottle of water. Grab a fork and a bowl and mix to the correct consistency. Put mix into a GT Xpress 101 and cook for 15 minutes. In 15 minutes, and with little effort, you have fresh, albeit odd shaped muffins.

Before I even start posting this recipe, I wonder if the pun Dane made was intentional.

1 tube sausage

1 onion diced

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can eveaoprated milk

1 can of biscuits

Brown the sausage and onions in a skillet, then add the cream of mushroom soup and evaporated milk. Simmer till it thickens a bit. Bake biscuts in your GT Express cooker. Pour gravy over the biscuts and enjoy
