                                You'll need:
                                1 bag potatoes o'brien, thawed
                                8 oz cubed ham
Small container sour cream (or half a regular container)
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups cheese (when I'm not using up whatever leftover cheese I have, I but the mexican blend cause I like the flavor)

That's it. Mix it all together, place in slow cooker on low for about 6 hours. Be sure to let it cool some before you eat.

                                1 lb chicken breast, cubed
1 cup of rice (more if desired)
1 lb fresh of broccoli (more if desired)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
                                butter
                                cubed Velveeta
Put rice in slower cooker. Place cubed chicken breast over rice, add cut fresh broccoli, and soups on top. Add as much butter as you'd like (makes sure rice and chicken don't burn or dry out). Add optimal level of cheese to please your taste buds (I'm a cheese fanatic, so 1/2 a big block does me). Cook in slow cooker for 6-8 hours on low. (Ensure chicken is not pink in the middle and rice is soft). Serve with buttered bread.

                                (Single person)
                                4 baby potatoes
                                12 cocktail sausages
                                1 can of mixed vegetables
Put baby potatoes in Ziploc plastic baggy, microwave 4 mins (600 watt), longer if needed.
While potatoes are steaming, cut in 1/2 about 12 mini weenies on strong paper plate, Lather with BBQ sauce, put to side.
Open can of veggies, drain all water out, put in small plastic dish, put to side.
When potatoes are done & soft, put them to side (will be HOT).
Microwave weenies on plate for 3 mins, stir and reheat to heat taste.
Put veggies in microwave for 1.5 mins, while veggies are heating, open up potatoes in Ziploc bag (will be hot steam). Pour potatoes onto plate, split warm potatoes, add butter/sour cream/pepper to taste. Place weenies on plate. Spoon veggies onto plate season to taste. WAA LAA! DINNER. Substitute BBQ sauce with drained sauerkraut. EVERYTHING here can be bought in Walmart. Use the smaller can veggies with the pull tabs. http://wallymartguide.com/
Use ziploc bags to store extra mini weenies.

Truckn Fool mentioned also you can do this in a slow cooker.

Wrap walleye in tin foil with a lemon slice, baby carrots, and chopped onion. Cook in lunch box for about a half hour. Unwrap and eat.
Goes good with yogurt or fresh fruit.
