Cleanliness is at the top of this location's list. They have a plethora of machines available, with a limited free weight selection also.
There is a truck friendly Wal-Mart next door that you can park in.

Directions:
From I-70, take exit for route 39 North. There is a TA off this exit. Follow to Route 40 West, then take a right on route 240. Follow to Wal-Mart on left. You will only be 15 miles from I-70.

This location, including the changing rooms, was very clean. The gym was missing a press machine, but had limited free weight section. Over all, it was a really good visit with a really good workout.
There is room to fit the truck and trailer behind the shopping center.

Directions:
Take route 1, will be on north side in Colonial Heights.

This is another huge gym. Not only does it have plenty of machines, but it has a heavy bag. (The editor, Heather, already likes the sound of this gym most.)
If you want your 10, park at the Wal-Mart next door.

Directions:
From Route 2 leaving Cleveland westbound, follow to Oregon. Wal-Mart's on the right side.

This location was huge and very clean. This is probably the most machines I've seen at one of the locations.
Located in a large shopping center, there is plenty of room for your truck and trailer, and you may be able to take a full 10 here. There are food choices here as well.

Directions:
To be honest, I followed my GPS here, and will have to update directions. It's 5 miles from the Pilot.

This is probably the smallest gym I've been to. The facility is VERY clean. It is limited on machines, but you can still get a good workout in. The owner was at the facility on my visit, and was a very nice guy.

You will have to park on the curb, bobtail only.

Directions:
From I-90, take State Line Rd. exit, and head north. Drop your trailer in the truck stop on the left. From the truck stop, turn left. It'll be two miles on your left.

Wright city is conveniently located next to a truck stop. It is very clean with all the machines you could want.

Directions to facility:
From I-70 east, take exit 199. Go to North Truckstop, gym is 500 feet to the left.

This location has all the machines and free weights like the others, but lacked in cleanliness. It was clean, just not like the others. This is partially from people not changing their shoes like they are supposed to. Over all, it was a decent experience. This is another gym you have to bobtail to.

Directions to location:
Drop trailer at truck stop on Rt. 20. From there, go back to the main road and take a left. Follow to Senica and take a left, then a quick right. Gym will be on your right.

This gym is under new management. It is smaller than the rest, but only missing one machine. It also offers tanning and a shower. (Read: free shower.) The cleanliness is awesome here as well. You can't fit your trailer in here, so will need to drop your trailer and bobtail in.

Directions to facility:
Drop trailer on I-29 at exit 2. From there, continue south in your bobtail to exit 1 and take a right. Take a right at your first driver for the strip mall. Gym will be to your left.

There's no staff at night, but the local people working out were sweet as pie. I went to the one on 151st, which, according to the locals, is the easiest for a truck to get into. At 11 p.m., the shopping center/grocery store parking lot that this location is situated in was empty. In my opinion, it's best to come at night. This location was also very clean.

Directions to 151st location:
On I-35, take the 151st St. exit, go east two miles. Gym will be on the right. Swing WIDE to get into the entrance without destroying the curbs. Be respectful, clean, and don't do anything to destroy their property. This property is a hidden gem and not listed.

This is a huge facility. It is clean and has a friendly staff. You can drop your trailer at the Travelcenters of America or park it at the facility, as long as you do not sleep in it.

Directions to Seymour location:
Take 50 west through town. Gym will be in a shopping center on your left hand side.
